I recently changed hosts for the PunditGuy blog. The previous company just couldn’t deal with the bumps in traffic I’ve received. So, pages should load faster and I should be able to handle more visitors at one time. All good.

Is it merely a coincidence that stories like this appear just days after a heavy news cycle? At the rate in which they appear, I think they are stuck in the newsroom “filler” file.
American’s Flock to Canada’s Immigration Website. How much of this is reality and how much of this is propaganda from the Canadians? I have no doubt that there are leftist here in the U.S. that, out of curiosity, checked the requirements for Canadian citizenship. I do think that there is a rising disdain for American politics in Canada, and this piece smacks of an attempt to characterize their country as “open and accepting” and the U.S. as “closed and discriminatory”.
