Why do I have the feeling that guys like Lott, Frist, Reid, Leahy, McCain et al monitor the face time each of them receive on television during a media event like this and if one feels like he hasn’t received ‘equal time’, he proceeds to ‘outdo’ the other by saying something reckless like this? They know the MSM will jump on it like warm blood soaked red meat.
It drives me crazy.
