Iraq: A New Postive Outlook?

Arthur Chrenkoff has been focusing on the “Good” news that is coming out of Iraq. Over the past few months, he’s noticed an increase in stories reported with a positive spin. Does that mean that the situation in Iraq is really getting better, or is it a sign that news journalists are getting increasingly optimistic about the conditions there?
