Trackbacks and comments are disabled on PunditGuy, forever. The pornography links, video poker, and prescription drug SPAM is WAY OUT OF HAND, not just on this blog, but all over the blogosphere. Plug-ins can stop some, but not all of these pests. The bots find old blog posts and drop their loads there.
The easiest thing for me to do is stop providing a home for their trash.
UPDATE: Thanks to a few tips from helpful readers, and the new version 3.2 of Movable Type, I’m going to open comments/trackbacks once more. BUT, if the SPAM finds a way in again, I’ll weld the door permanently shut.
