Christmas Already?

Who else isn’t ready for Christmas yet? My family (who wanted Christmas to start at 12:01 AM on Friday), has been playing holiday music, and today we put up our artificial tree. We’re not as bad as our neighbors, who had their tree and outdoor lights up a couple of weeks ago. Still, I’m not really “Christmasssy” until about a week before the actual day. And even then, I can’t get it out of my head that the actual “event” is over in less than 24 hours. Don’t get me wrong – I’m not a hum-bug…it just doesn’t seem right, yet.
