In an attempt to not be completely eclipsed by ObamaEuroMania, John McCain will announce his pick for Vice President this week, according to rumors on the internets.
Speculation has it that Mitt Romney will get the nod. That’s a safe bet.

A friend to many in the conservative movement, a writer, commentator, and a presidential press secretary, Tony Snow died last night of colon cancer at 2 AM EDT in Washington DC. He was 53 years-old.
“America has lost a devoted public servant and a man of character,” President Bush said in a statement from Camp David, where he was spending the weekend. “It was a joy to watch Tony at the podium each day. He brought wit, grace, and a great love of country to his work.”
RIP.
