The mania surrounding the death of the pope has finally quieted down. Charles and Camilla are man and wife. What should we do now? We could always pick a fight. Look! There’s a brawl going on over there, and another over there! Usually no one wins, but on rare occasions, someone does. If you’re not the fighting type, we could talk about what drives us crazy. That’s tons-o-fun.

And so it goes. When there’s a lull in the news cycle, bloggers seem to turn on themselves. It’s a strange, but usually short lived phenomenon.

The PunditWife has started her own blog. Teaching Our Kids focuses on homeschooling, general education, and life issues. There’s not a lot posted yet, since the site is really new. Check it out if you get a chance.

Via the Washington Times: Bush talks to Clinton aboard air force one and seeks foreign policy advice. Obviously, someone on the Clinton staff fed this story to the media. While I believe that Bush talked with Clinton and they discussed a lot of issues, I doubt that he sought him out specifically to ask how to solve this problem or that.

Just so you know, I’m probably gonna take a little blogging vacation this weekend. Expect posting to be light. That is of course, unless something big happens.
